ORDER TIME AND STATUS


***We are working on expediting orders to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. RTS stockings coming soon for fastest shipping. Stay tuned for dates and times. Custom order time will be decreased as much as possible in the coming days and weeks to accommodate everyone in need of their items.

There is no shipping or order completion on holidays or weekends. 

*Orders containing ONLY RTS (Ready to Ship) items generally ship out within a few business days following the order date. 

*Please note that large custom orders may require additional time to complete over the standard posted expectation. All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.

Expected order completion times will be updated as available for custom and RTS orders below.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

PLEASE NOTE THAT TURN AROUND TIME IS AN ESTIMATE. ORDERS ARE COMPLETED AND SHIPPED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. During standard order volume times, please allow at least 10 business days for a custom order to be completed beginning the business day following order submission. All efforts are made to update order time when any change occurs. At busy times, order time may be extended. Orders containing only ready to ship items typically ship within a few business days following the order date. 

Order completion is done in general sequence of when the orders are received. Large orders take more time to complete. Order estimates do not include holidays, weekend days or the date the order was placed. Please begin counting your order time estimate on the business day following your order date (U.S. Central Time) as day 1 skipping any holidays or weekend days. 

Order completion time does not include shipping/transit time. Novel Red cannot guarantee specific completion or delivery dates. Once shipped, transit time, tracking updates and delivery date are dependent on USPS. Shipments are made based on order and courier schedule. 

Yearly Holiday Season and large order volume times and special sales events: Orders placed from beginning week of holiday sales  (early/mid-November) through mid January as well as orders placed during busy times and special sales events may incur additional time to complete and ship due to high order volume & large order size. In addition, during special sales events, order time may be longer than estimated depending on overall order volume and individual order size. 

If you have already received an order status update email, it has either already shipped or is scheduled to ship soon so please anticipate tracking updates shortly. Sometimes the USPS does not update tracking the day the package ships so please allow some time for transit to begin to show and contact USPS directly for information once your order has shipped as they will have the most up to date information. Status update emails are sent at the beginning of the pre-shipment stage. You can follow the instructions and link/tracking in the order status email to sign up for email or text update/notification for when your order ships and begins to track. These updates are sent via USPS. Novel Red does not have any control over the delivery or timing of these updates. The order status email is not a shipment notification but a pre-shipment notification. During pre-shipment your order will be quality checked, packaged and routed for our courier schedule. If any item is pulled from your order during quality checking due to Novel Red's high standards, it will be remade at the top of the sewing scheduled and placed with your order for shipment as soon as possible. This happens rarely but we do want you to have the best items possible. Again, all order times are estimates. When you place a custom order you are accepting our order policies and terms as well as the terms of custom order completion including time estimates and variation.
